ONTOLOGY Software
The ONTOLOGY application is available for all major operating systems. The software supports DNA barcoding and metabarcoding workflows with an intuitive user interface. Complete the ONTOLOGY tutorial before processing your own samples. We also recommend basic training in molecular biology.

Reference Libraries
The ONTOLOGY software offers built-in integration with the BOLDistilled reference library (presently only available for COI). Custom reference libraries are also supported.
